※ If the number of submissions for group awards is equal, the selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
※ All prize amounts will be awarded based on the US currency standard.
※ Those selected to attend the award ceremony will be contacted individually.
※ If the grand prize winner is an overseas resident, a round-trip flight ticket and a 2-night, 3-day accommodation package will be provided for attending the award ceremony. (Including one guardian per winner)

- Announcement of Results: Expected by the end of October 2026

How to apply
- Individual: Online submission through the contest website (Required Format)
- Group : Submission form required; choose one of the following methods ① or ②
1. Online Submission: Scan the submission and attach the entry form as a file
※ Submitted Work (Physical): The entry number specified in the [Entry Form (Excel file)] must correspond exactly to the entry number written on the [submitted work].
※ File Name: Please ensure that the entry number in the [Entry Form (Excel file)] matches the file name entry number of the [submitted work], and submit all files as a compressed ZIP file.
Example: [Submission] File Name – GroupName_Name_EntryNumber
2. Postal Submission: Complete the group submission on the contest website, print [the confirmation] and send it along with the submission via postal mail
※ Submitted Work (Physical): The entry number specified in the [Entry Form (Excel file)] must correspond exactly to the entry number written on the [submitted work].

Notice
* Rights and Responsibilities of Submissions
- The copyright (both economic and moral rights) of works submitted to the contest belongs to the applicant and remains so even after winning the prize.
- Winning works may be used online for up to 5 years through methods such as posting on SNS managed by the organizer.
- Winning works may be reproduced and transmitted for public interest purposes, and secondary works may be created with separate consent and permission obtained from the winners.
- All non-winning entries will be disposed of within 3 months after the end of the contest. However, if an applicant requests the return of their submission, it will be returned within 1 month, and the cost of returning the work will be borne by the applicant.

- Taxes and fees associated with prizes are the responsibility of the awardees (based on each country's regulations).
- In the following cases, the award may be canceled, and the certificate and prize money will be retrieved:
① If the eligibility information provided is found to be false
② If the work is plagiarized or violates the Eye Level Literary Awards contest guidelines
③ If the work is a modification of a poem included in a textbook, or has been written, revised, or edited by adults such as parents or teachers
④ If the work is created or modified using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
