※ If the number of submissions for group awards is equal, the selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
※ All prize amounts will be awarded based on the USD currency standard.
* If the grand prize winner is an overseas resident, a round-trip flight ticket and a 2-night, 3-day accommodation package will be provided for attending the award ceremony. (Including one guardian per winner)
EVENT SCHEDULE
- Submission Period: June 1, 2025 (Sun) - August 31, 2025 (Sun) until 5pm
- Announcement of Results: Expected by the end of October 2025
(on the website and individually notified to awardees)- Award Ceremony: November 28, 2025 (Fri) at 16:00 at Daekyo Tower, Seoul, Korea
How to apply
- Individual: Online submission through the contest website (Required Format)
- Group: Must follow one of the two submission methods:
1. Online Submission: Scan the submission and attach the entry form as a file
※ Please ensure that the work’s entry number matches the entry number listed in the form, and submit all files as a compressed ZIP file.
Example: [Submission] File Name – GroupName_Name_EntryNumber
2. Postal Submission: Complete the group submission on the contest website, print [the confirmation] and send it along with the submission via postal mail
※ Submissions must be printed single-sided on A3 paper (double-sided printing is not allowed).
※ The entry number specified in the [Entry Form (Excel file)] must correspond exactly to the entry number written on the submitted work.

Notice
* Rights and Responsibilities of Submissions
- The copyright (both economic and moral rights) of the submitted work belongs to the applicant and remains so even after winning the prize.
- The contest organizers may process, modify, or supplement the winning works as secondary works.
* Notice before applying
- Taxes and fees associated with prizes are the responsibility of the awardees (based on each country’s regulations).
- In the following cases, the award may be canceled, and the certificate and prize money will be retrieved:
1. If the work is found to be plagiarized or in violation of the contest guidelines
2. If the work is modified by adults (parents, teachers) or altered from a poem included in a textbook
3. If the work is created or modified using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- (Foundation) World Youth & Culture Foundation will dispose of non-awarded works within a year after the end of the contest.
- Applicants may request the return of submissions within one month. The cost of returning the works will be borne by the applicant.
